What Does the following ultrasound Result Indicate? 

My mother(48 yrs old) took a ultrasound report as follows- Uterus is a/v and measuring (102.7mm*60.3mm) There is a well defined little hyperechoic SOL in anterior uterine wall measuring (36.6mm*34.1mm) Endometrium is measuring 5.9mm thick,linear and uniform.please give ur advice
